It's me, hi. I'm Katie!
I am a portrait photographer, born and raised in small town, Nebraska. I shoot timeless true-color images that capture my clients in their best light.
I grew up in a single-parent household, living pay check-to-paycheck. Making memories is free, so capturing special moments shouldn't break the bank.
I am a Cornhusker & Razorback, a cat mom, a serial hobbyist, and a huge Swiftie. My friends call me Kiki, Katie Beth, KB, or the Queen of Nebraska, but you can just call me your own personal paparazzi.
My Philosophy
Making memories is free. Capturing life's most exciting moments shouldn't cost an arm and a leg. Everyone deserves to preserve their special moments, even in the midst of financial hardship.

My Why
I was sitting in my freshman dorm at UNL in November 2015 when I got the news that my best friend had been killed in a car accident. That day was her 18th birthday, and she was barely two months into her senior year of high school. Her family lived paycheck-to-paycheck and struggled to stay afloat at times. Because of this, the family did not have any nice, professional images of her to cherish her memory or display at her service.
Of course, we hope and pray this never happens to us or our loved ones, but tomorrow is never promised. Often, pictures are the only things we have left of the ones we love. Whether we live long, fulfilling lives or our time is cut way too short, due to my own experiences with this, I am committed to offering my services to anyone at anytime at an accessible price point.

How would you describe your photography style?
My photography style leans into the mix of posed and candid shots, known as lifestyle photography. My editing style aims to capture true-to-life color with natural lighting. You can view some examples of my work on Instagram or on my Portfolio.
What services to do you offer?
I offer graduate portraits, regular portraits, headshots, and engagement/couple portraits. I love an opportunity to try new things, so if you have anything else in mind, don't be afraid to ask! You can DM me on Instagram, Facebook, or reach out to me via my Contact Form.
Do you provide the original unedited raw image files?
The images in your gallery will be edited to improve lighting, contrast, sharpness, and color—all of which is a standard process for digital photographers. Therefore, I do not provide the unedited RAW images. If you have any issues with your photos, please do not hesitate to reach out to me, and I will do whatever I can to fix or address your concerns!
What if I can't afford your prices?
As my philosophy states, I believe that capturing special moments should not cost an arm and a leg. If you are unable to afford my services, please please please do not feel ashamed or afraid to reach out. Let me know what you think would be a fair price, and we can go from there. I also offer flexible payment plans that give you more time and space to pay your balance.
How long does it take to get my photos back?
It is very important to me that my clients receive high quality images. Editing is the longest part of the whole process, so please allow 2 weeks for return on your gallery.
